This Is NOT a Slow Shop Job

If you're a technician who likes to stay busy, flag hours, and get paid for what you produce - keep reading. We are a high-volume, well-organized, inspection-driven shop with steady car count and a clear process.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair engines, drivability, electrical, suspension, brakes, and maintenance.
• Perform 15-minute inspections and identify safety and priority work.
• Build accurate repair plans (parts + labor) - you own your work.
• Flag hours consistently (we provide the cars, equipment, and support).
• Test drive and QC your repairs - no comebacks culture.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostics skills (you don't guess).
• Comfortable working flat rate in a production environment.
• Takes responsibility for results - speed matters.
• Clean work, clear communication, zero drama.

*ASEs are a plus, not a requirement if you can prove ability.

Pay & Schedule

• $40–$55 per flat-rate hour (based on ability & production).
• 40+ hours/week available - we are busy.
• Monday–Friday only | No weekends.
• Flag rate techs only - pay is earned, not guaranteed.
