Warranty Coverage Details

This warranty does not cover normal operational wear, misuse, modifications for performance, or commercial usage. The specific exclusions and limitations noted on your repair invoice also apply and supersede these general terms.

• Internal repairs or replacements within engines
• Automatic transmission work requiring removal or disassembly
• Manual transmission work requiring removal or disassembly
• Clutch repairs or replacements
• Repairs involving internal lubricated parts or drive axle/differential assembly replacements

• Body, paint, and molding work
• Drive axle/differential assembly
• Transmissions and transaxles
• Commercial vehicle services
• Maintenance services deemed preventative
• Normal wear and tear
• Rebuilt or remanufactured parts
• Used or salvaged parts
• Batteries
• Engines
• Tires

Parts Subject to Limitations

Certain parts have specific limitations that may reduce the warranty's time and mileage coverage or void warranties entirely. Labor costs for these parts are not eligible for reimbursement.

• Parts from salvage or used from another vehicle
• Rebuilt parts not recognized by the industry
• Engines, transmissions, differentials, and transfer cases remanufactured and warranted by their remanufacturer only

Parts provided by customers are excluded from all warranties, including labor costs associated with failures or damages caused by these parts. Such parts are installed as-is, potentially incurring higher labor rates, and at Accurate Care Automotive's discretion.

Third-Party Warranty Providers

For repairs needed beyond 25 miles from our facility, Accurate Care Automotive may use third-party warranty providers. Prior authorization from these providers is required before proceeding with warranty repairs.
