First time customer. Took my Ford Edge in for air conditioner problems. Problem turned out to be minor and they were very up front with the diagnoses. Which could have easily been inflated. This the kind of small town customer care that you often hear about but rarely see. I'm here to tell you that it actually exists. I will be back.
